Individual & Group Supervision
I offer supervision to Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPC-A) and Provisionally Registered Art Therapists (ATR-P) who are working towards full licensure. I am able to provide bilingual supervision and infuse art making within our supervision sessions as well. Being both a Spanish speaking Latina and Art Therapist I know what it's like to live at the intersections, and bring this perspective into my work with supervisees. I am here to support and guide while also teaching you what you need to know to grow professionally.
With individual supervision you can expect to have one hour (60 min) of weekly supervision where in we cover a wide array of topics from imposter syndrome, ethical dilemmas, documentation, case conceptualizations, Federal and State laws, and clinical identity, to self-care, boundaries, and artistic identity. Much like our work with clients, we will develop a plan that will address your specific supervision needs while also addressing all the necessary requirements for licensure. Additionally I offer group supervision sessions at least once a month so that my supervisees can benefit from learning to work collaboratively with others, work on case presentations, and build their professional networks. These group supervision sessions may also include other practicing professionals in the community which offer fresh and relevant perspectives from different practice settings.
